This wonderful villa has 3 en suite bedrooms and a guest cloakroom. The master bedroom on the first floor has a full bathroom and spacious terrace with fantastic sea views! The villa boasts a fantastic view of the sea, allowing you to enjoy amazing sunsets every night in the romantic surroundings of the Island of Aphrodite!

The spacious, open-plan lounge area is equipped with tasteful furniture, CD music centre, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and patio doors opening on to the pool terrace. For the cooler winter nights there is an open fireplace for log fires.

The villa has sauna on the first floor (available at an extra charge), a large private swimming-pool and patio complete with traditional barbeque. All three bedrooms and the lounge have air-conditioning units which can be used for either cooling or heating (available at an extra charge).

The private swimming pool (8 meters x 4 meters) with walk-in steps is directly in front of the sea. The pool can be heated (available at an extra charge) so can be enjoyed all year round. There are sun beds, umbrellas, tables, and chairs around the paved terrace.

The dining-room and the kitchen are well equipped with oven & hob, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishwashing machine, washing machine, coffee-maker etc. and plenty of equipment to prepare most dishes. There is a large dining table and seating for 6 adults.

Beautifully furnished throughout, the villa will be appreciated by even the most discerning clients.

Upon arrival, guests are offered a welcome pack with wine, milk, juice, butter, coffee and fruits.

Taverns, restaurants and super markets can be found within proximity.

At a distance of 10 km, guests can visit the waterfalls of Adonis and the turtle hatchery of Lara Bay. Paphos Airport is around 17 km away. Free private, on-site parking is possible.
